Breathable yet tough

The mesh upper is made with 100% recycled polyester for maximum breathability. Inside, the 50% bamboo lining helps to keep your feet cool and dry while you work up a sweat. The finishing touch? A reinforced toe cap for added durability and protection during training.

Heel to toe drop

7mm

Heel to toe drop is the difference in height between the heel and the forefoot. In a shoe with a drop of 7mm, your heel will sit 7mm higher than your forefoot. Shoes with a lower drop tend to place more load on the ankles and are generally better for midfoot and forefoot strikers. Shoes with a higher drop tend to place more load on the knees and hips and generally better for heel strikers.
